2. Nature of Products (Handmade Disclaimer)

  1. All products sold on Project Banao are handmade and handcrafted.
  2. Due to the handmade nature of the Products:
    • Minor variations in colour, texture, size, finish, or detailing are natural and expected.
    • Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may slightly differ from the delivered item.
  3. Such variations shall not be considered defects and do not qualify for return, exchange, or refund.

3. Eligibility to Purchase

  • Customers must be 18 years or older or place orders under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You agree to provide accurate shipping, contact, and payment details while placing an Order.

4. Pricing & Payments

  1. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
  2. Prices are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as displayed at checkout.
  3. Full payment is required at the time of placing the Order.
  4. Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways. Project Banao does not store card or UPI details.

5. Order Processing & Dispatch

  1. Since Products are handmade, processing and dispatch timelines may vary.
  2. Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may be affected by:
    • Product complexity
    • Order volume
    • Logistics partner delays
    • Unforeseen circumstances
  3. Any delay arising due to these factors shall not be considered a breach of contract.

6. Shipping & Risk in Transit

  1. Once an Order is dispatched and handed over to the logistics partner, risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer.
  2. Project Banao is not accountable for damages, delays, or loss occurring during transit.
  3. Customers are strongly advised to record a clear video while opening the package upon delivery.

7. No Return, No Refund & No Exchange Policy

  1. Due to the customised and handmade nature of the Products, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be entertained once the Order is delivered.
  2. Project Banao shall not be liable for:
    • Transit damages
    • Mishandling by courier partners
    • Wear and tear after delivery
  3. While refunds or exchanges are not guaranteed, Customers may contact us with:
    • An unboxing video
    • Clear photographs of the issue
    We will review the concern in good faith and provide reasonable support at our discretion, without any obligation to replace or refund.

8. Cancellations

  1. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, as products are prepared and packed specifically for each Order.
  2. Cancellation requests received after order confirmation will not be entertained.

9. Intellectual Property
