Description
This Mutual Induction Experiment Kit is designed to help students and hobbyists understand the principles of electromagnetic induction through hands-on learning. The setup demonstrates how a changing magnetic field in one coil generates voltage in another nearby coil, following Faraday’s Law of Induction.
It includes essential electronic components such as a 2N2222 NPN transistor, a resistor, a breadboard, copper-wire induction coils, an LED indicator, connecting wires, and a 9V battery. Once assembled, the circuit generates an alternating magnetic field in the primary coil, causing the secondary coil to produce enough induced voltage to illuminate the LED. This provides a clear visual demonstration of mutual induction and transformer-like action. Ideal for STEM education, science fair projects, classroom demonstrations, electronics learning, and physics experiments.
